  We offer fast and reliable delivery across Cyprus, including urban and rural areas.
  Delivery Time: 1–3 working days.
  Delivery Fee:

  • Free delivery for orders over €50

  • €3.50 for orders under €50

Returns & Exchanges

We understand that shopping for babies can be tricky and we're here to help.

• Easy Returns:
  If you're not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

• How to Return:

• Exchanges:
  Need a different size or product? We're happy to help with exchanges – just let us know.

• Refunds:

We do not accept refunds. Please ensure that you check product descriptions, sizes, and details carefully before placing your order. If you need help choosing the right product, feel free to reach out to our team – we’re happy to assist!

• Faulty or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
